Good Dough and Beefy Pizza Recipes


INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH:


1. 8 cups of flour


2. 3 cups of warm water


3. 4 ½ teaspoon yeast


4. 4 tablespoons iodized salt


5. 1 teaspoon brown sugar

INGREDIENTS FOR BEEFY PIZZA FILLINGS:


1. 2 cups of ground beef


2. 1 teaspoon pepper powder


3. 1 teaspoon garlic powder


4. 1 teaspoon salt


5. 1 beef cubes, for flavor


6. 2 tablespoons of oil



INGREDIENTS FOR BEEFY PIZZA SAUCE:


1. 1 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)


2. 1 cloves of garlic, crushed


3. ¼ cup lemon juice


4. 2 tablespoons of yogurt



BAKING TOOLS NEEDED:


1. rolling pin


2. measuring cup


3. measuring spoon


4. pizza stone


5. pastry brush


6. timer


7. 2 mixing bowls



THE PIZZA DOUGH





· In a large mixing bowl, mix the yeast together with the brown sugar and warm water and set aside for ten minutes, this will be your yeast solution.


· After 10 minutes, mix the salt and the oil in the yeast solution and add 5 cups of flour. Mix them very well.


· Prepare a clean workplace for kneading the flour. Sprinkle small amount of flour in your clean workplace and dust your hands with flour, to prevent the flour from sticking into your workplace and unto your hands.


· When kneading the flour to prevent it from being sticky you may sprinkle more flour.


· Brush a separate mixing bowl with enough amount of oil, then place the kneaded dough on inside and cover it for one hour until the dough will raise double its previous amount.


· Roll the dough using the rolling pin and shape it according to desired circumference for your pizza crust. The thinner the pizza crust you will make the crispier the result will become.


· Prepare the oven and preheat it to 220 degrees Celsius.



BEEFY PIZZA FILLINGS



· Mix the ground beef together with the garlic powder, onion powder in a clean mixing bowl.


· Add salt and beef cubes to add taste.


· In a saucepan, cook the mix ingredients over a medium heat for 45 minutes until done. Remember not to overcook. If the beef becomes dry, you may add small amount of water.


· If beef is done, set aside.



BEEFY PIZZA SAUCE



· Mix all ingredients for beefy pizza sauce very well on a mixing bowl and set aside.



MAKING THE DELICIOUS BEEFY PIZZA



· Prepare the oven and preheat it to 250 degrees Celsius.


· Brush the pizza crust with a minimal amount of oil.


· Evenly pour a right amount of the beefy pizza sauce on the pizza crust.


· Then creatively sprinkle the beefy pizza fillings and top the fillings with the delicious mozzarella cheese. You make add slice onions and peppers as you desire.




  • After pizza toppings has been done, and if the oven is already heated, then it is ready for baking. It is important to make sure that the pizza crust doesn’t stick. If the dough is still sticky, you may lift the crust slowly with a spatula and sprinkle some flour powder on the dough to prevent it from sticking and to achieve good baking results.

  • Settle the tip of the crust at the edge of the pizza stone in the oven and in a fast and sudden motion, yank the crust out. Do this carefully so that pizza fillings will not scatter.

  • Bake the pizza for 5-15 minutes.

  • Check pizza after five minutes. Turn the Pizza as needed to make sure that the toppings and cheese are evenly baked.

  • Pinch the crust with a clean tooth pick to check if the center part of it is well baked.

  • You may adjust the temperature after 5 minutes to prevent the cheese from being over-baked.

  • Don’t wait for the mozzarella cheese to become golden brown, for it means it is almost over-baked.

  • Remove pizza from the pizza stone, you may use a non-stick spatula to slowly lift the crust, and transfer it on a serving pan.

  • Slice the pizza according to desired number of slices and served it with your favorite cold drinks.
